Does Dragon VE upload my videos?

No. Dragon VE edits on your machine; your projects, footage, audio and text are not sent to us. It sends an anonymous usage signal once a day (you can turn it off in Preferences → Privacy) and, only when you use an external agent or activate a key, what counting agent tasks needs. The privacy policy lists everything.

Can I change what the AI agent did?

Yes. Agent changes are normal edits: adjust them on the timeline and in the Inspector, undo one request from its card, or press Ctrl+Z.

Which agents work with Dragon VE?

Claude Code, Codex and Antigravity can be set up from Home → AI agents. Any agent that can run a command-line tool can use dragonctl.

Playback stutters on 4K footage.

Let Dragon VE build proxies (smaller copies used only for preview) and keep them on in Preferences. Exports always use the original files.

Dragon VE closed unexpectedly. Is my work lost?

Dragon VE autosaves. On the next launch it offers to recover unsaved work; File → Restore backup… lists earlier versions of a saved project.

A file moved and the clip is red.

Dragon VE marks missing media and lets you relink it to the file's new location.

How do I report a bug?

Use Help → Send feedback. You choose what to attach and can preview exactly what will be sent; user names, machine names and e-mail addresses are removed from attachments first.
